The 2022 St. Patrick’s Day Bar Festival

Did you know that Saint Patrick’s Day was made an official Christian holiday in the early 17th century? It was once observed religiously by the Catholic Church, the Anglican Communion, the Eastern Orthodox Church, and the Lutheran Church. It started as a commemoration of Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland. Now it is widely used to celebrate the heritage and culture of the Irish in general. The bar festival this year will be a “Socially Safe Event.” This means that there will only be a certain number of tickets and they will not oversell tickets.

Therefore, go to their website and get your tickets now to guarantee your spot! There are many great Denver venues participating in the festivities this year. They include Gaslamp at 1437 Market St, Nola Jane Restaurant and Bar at 1435 Market St, and Society Sports & Spirits at 1434 Blake St. Another popular spot is Front Porch. This relatively new bar has a great atmosphere and rustic vibe. The Front Porch was made popular by its Flip Night, in which guests can win free drinks by correctly calling a coin toss.
